The Merlot is taken from two small parcels of fruit grown in the Barossa Valley. It has taken on characteristics of its location to showcase classic flavours, it is a dry, medium-to-full-bodied wine, with soft tannins and moderate acidity and alcohol to produce a wine matching extremely well with all variations of food. Vegan friendly.
