TASTING NOTE- Cabernet Franc

The fruit is sourced from old vine fruit grown in the southern Barossa Valley.  Genetically related to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc is less tannic and more aromatic with raspberry and five spice flavours, making the wine ideal for food matching.

TASTING NOTE-Chardonnay

Taken from a single vineyard in the cooler area of Eden Valley, Barossa. The wine has a pale straw colour with a bouquet of tropical fruit salad.  Winemaking retains the elegant white peach and fresh stone fruit characters giving a clean and crisp finish with balanced acidity and flavour. Vegan Friendly.

About the Label

Cab Franc- Jo’s passion for the “forgotten varieties of the Barossa” has let her to become an advocate for this variety. Delicate perfumes and elegance in flavour, a wine which possesses a distinct finesse as a beautifully balanced medium-bodied red wine. 

Chardonnay is Unoaked, thus presenting a crisp yet complex wine full of flavour and texture, very reflective of Jo Irvine’s distinctive philosophy of flavour.
