TASTING NOTE

The Merlot is taken from two small parcels of fruit grown in the Barossa Valley.  It has taken on characteristics of its location to showcase classic flavours, it is a dry, medium-to-full-bodied wine, with soft tannins and moderate acidity and alcohol to produce a wine matching extremely well with all variations of food. 

 As with all our wines, this 2018 Barossa Merlot is Vegan Friendly

About the Label

The family history of Merlot makers in the Irvine family is continued with Jo’s passion for this humble yet misunderstood variety. The richness yet softness of fruit flavors are showcased by many years of understanding of the complexities of growing and making Merlot.
