Made in the Blanc de Blanc style - A French term meaning "White from Whites"- Our elegant sparkling Brut displays vibrant pear and citrus aromas complimented with juicy white peach and hints of lemon zest with a refreshing dry finish.

As with all our wines, the Galgo is Vegan friendly.

 

About the Label

Spanish word meaning greyhound, "Galgo" is a creation of Jo's love for making Sparkling wines.

A blend of white grapes from two famous grape growing regions Barossa and Adelaide Hills, Jo wanted to develop a blend that was delicious, affordable, elegant and refreshing. Perfect for celebratory occasions or a Sunday afternoon partake.
