Made from Semillion grapes grown in the southern Barossa region and allowed to mature in barrel for 16 years before release. A golden straw colour and flavours of dried apricots, ripe peach and dried pear, this wine will age for at least another 30 years.

As with all our wines, the Mistelle is Vegan Friendly.

About the Label

Mistelle is a wine style found in France. It is a process of fortifying partially fermented grape juice thus leaving a high level of natural grape juice sugars in the wine.

An eighteen year old fortified wine style made from single vineyard old Vine Semillion grapes grown in the southern end of the Barossa Valley. Grapes are left to ripen on the vine resulting in a much richer depth of opulent sweet fruit flavours
